This policy explains how AppZex Solutions (“AppZex”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through https://appzex.com (the “website”). It covers our marketing website and enquiry forms. Our software products have their own privacy terms, shown when you sign up.

• Marketing attribution data: the page you arrived on, the referring website and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags or ad click IDs), so we know which campaigns bring enquiries.
• Usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and interactions with the website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and schedule consultations or demos.
• To contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about the request you made.
• To send product launch updates if you joined an early-access list. You can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising campaigns.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud and spam.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

• Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Gmail and Apps Script), to store and notify us of enquiries.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads, for website analytics and ad measurement, where enabled.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, for ad measurement, where enabled.

Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics and advertising tools may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and for up to 3 years afterwards unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires a longer period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, and under applicable data protection laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to marketing. To make a request, email hello@appzex.com. We will respond within 30 days.

International transfers

We work with clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our team and service providers operate. We rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
